Awards Scheme

Generally speaking, our staff are not in highly paid roles and so every little helps with regards to benefits.  EPiC will be liaising with commercial organisations to create situations where our staff benefit.  This could be discounts in shops and leisure activities to reductions in payments for membership and anything else we can organise.  Members will then be able to add these rewards to the reasons why staff should work for them.

In addition, we intend to hold staff award events.  Staff will be nominated for various categories and invited to a dinner dance to accept their rewards.  If staff are uncomfortable with accepting awards in front of an audience, every effort will be made to go to the staff’s work place (if appropriate) to give them their award on the job.  Tickets for others will be available with differing prices depending on whether they are members or not.
